1. INTERPRETATION
In these Terms and Conditions, " Crown HR Services" or "the Company" refers to Crown HR Services, a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office at Vadodara, Gujarat, India. "Client" refers to the individual or organization that has engaged the services of Crown HR Services.
2. SCOPE OF WORK
Crown HR Services provides HR services, including but not limited to, recruitment, talent acquisition, employee training, organizational development, and other related services. The scope of work shall be as agreed upon between the Client and Crown HR Services in writing.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY
Crown HR Services shall maintain confidentiality of all information and data provided by the Client. Crown HR Services shall not disclose any confidential information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Client.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to, trademarks, copyrights, and patents, shall remain the property of Crown HR Services.
6. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this agreement upon 30 days' written notice to the other party. Upon termination, Crown HR Services shall return all confidential information and data provided by the Client.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
8. AMENDMENTS
These Terms and Conditions may be amended by Crown HR Services at any time without notice. The Client shall be bound by the amended Terms and Conditions.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and discussions.
10. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11. FORCE MAJEURE
Crown HR Services shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond its control.
12. NOTICES
All notices and communications under these Terms and Conditions shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given if delivered personally or sent by email to the address specified by the parties.
By engaging the services of Crown HR Services, the Client acknowledges that it has read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
